The Golden Mile, the strip of land on both sides of Eglinton Ave from Victoria Park Ave to Birchmount Rd, was developed following WWll and patterned after the Golden Mile in Britain. Filled with industry, homes and retail, it became a prosperous area for post-war Scarborough! Our Golden pays homage to that prosperity and the mild ales of the United Kingdom. Easy drinking and packed with malt richness, this classic ale toasts the post war prosperity of a classic Scarborough community!
