"Lupulus", the Latin term for the common hop, is our name for our series of lagers that are subtly dry-hopped. For our third version we selected New Zealand's Motueka which imparts "mojito" lime and tropical fruit notes coupled with a crunchy biscuit malt base. The result is elegantly dry and smooth, while staying crispy and refreshing at the same time!
